In a CULTURE that often pairs sexuality with the outer beauty of youth – we forget how damn hot we get with age!
Life experience, wisdom, freedom, emotional maturity and those sexy hot lived in bodies that have successfully carried us through 40 decades or more.
WOW what a sizzling combination
In the ancient temples of Sumaria our age would have been celebrated as the high point of sexual expression. Sexual union with the crone ( a women post 60) was considered a sexual gift of high esteem. Yet in todays society we are confined by so many myths that stop us fully celebrating the second part of our lives
With the conscious sexuality movement growing this is your chance to really claim your sexuality in an embodied way. Our age group was raised in a time when our sexuality was not celebrated or even talked about. Guilt, shame and misconception often riddled our sexual development.
Our third dynasty is a time to break-free of all those shackles. Middle -age and beyond gives us opportunity time to kick all that sexually repressed conditioning to the kerb and fully embrace our sexual energy in its timeless state.
This event offers a safe and consent-based setting to explore your sexuality. Its an opportunity to be curious and connect with other liked minded adults
This event is suited to both those with experience in open relating and to those who are brand new and have never been to an event of this kind

Trauma and Intimacy
A 3 hour workshop – hosted by Anna Morrigan
FEB 8
2pm to 5 PM
TRAUMA and INTIMACY
I tell so many people that forty years in the commercial adult industry has taught me a lot about sex and sexuality. I have learnt so much more in this arena than through my formal qualifications
The turning point in my life was discovery that sex is an embodied experience. A time we turn off our mind and slip into the present moment. A time to revel in the pleasure that our body can provide. It sounds delicious and it can be
BUT –
For many of us surrendering into our body can mean we are met with trauma. A great many of us have trauma around sex and intimacy. For some this is a result of a breach of their consent. In fact statistics show that a large number of adults have experienced some kind of sexual abuse and many have never had the opportunity to process this. For others it can be more subtle. Most of are sitting on trauma simply around how we were raised. So often guilt and shame were very much of our sexual beginnings. Our parents often did not know how to deal with our sexuality and as a result it was shut down. Many women have been shamed around being sexual. Many men starting their sexual journey masturbating in a room having to be quiet for fear of being caught.
All of this is stored in our body as trauma and often comes up when we are relating with others. It gets in the way when we related and prevents us from fully experiencing pleasure and intimacy
In fact many people have learnt to couple sexual arousal with stress and relate from a place of disassociation rather than presence without even being aware
In this 3 hour workshop we will explore
What is Trauma
How can we create safety
What is embodied consent and boundaries and how do we use them to create safety and intimacy
How can trauma show up in the body when we are relating
What are triggers
How can we help ourselves and others through a triggered response
